Capture dates are read before image compression. Finder/Explorer files and accessible Google Photos images are supported. Share-page links may require downloading the original first. If metadata is missing, you can set the date yourself.

Up to 12 files, 25 MiB each. Normally only the compressed image is stored; keep your own original backups. If your browser cannot create WebP, the original image is uploaded instead (up to 25 MiB), without the 2 MB or dimension limits. Images are converted to WebP at 90% quality, up to 3000 × 3000 pixels and 2 MB. Larger copies are resized further, keeping proportions. Animated images become still images. Browser playback depends on the format; other files are offered as downloads.
